Avoidance

I’m thinking about why it was so hard to get started today. I did every little chore I could come up with before stepping to the easel to paint. I look forward to painting, I think about it ALL the time. What’s the deal?

I finally start working, then get a phone call, and as I pick up the phone I glance at the time. Two hours had gone by. It felt like about thirty minutes! So I think I have my answer. I know if I start painting my weekend will be over a lot faster. Silly goose.
